Senior Consultants impart their knowledge to Staff Consultants to ensure proper growth and participate in EpiCentric centralized knowledge repository.

Senior Consultant have the ability to delegate, problem solve, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and rebuild accordingly. They produce fairly defect-free deliverables, require minimal instruction on completing tasks, and demonstrate the ability to operate independently with clients. Senior Consultant are expected to always be extremely prepared to facilitate and lead client meetings and sessions. In this position, Senior Consultants invest the time to meet daily and weekly objectives.

To qualify, candidates must have: A bachelor's degree and approximately 3-5 years of client-facing, consulting related work experience and a willingness to travel up to 100% to meet client needs.
